mushroom salad (champignons en salade)

¾ pounds Fresh mushrooms; cleaned
Lemon; juiced
  Salt
  Pepper
⅓ cup Olive oil
  Chopped parsley

Remove stem end and cut mushrooms into ¼-inch thick slices. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper, and pour on the oil. Toss gently. Let sit for 10 minutes. To serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
