1 can | (4 oz.) mushroom pieces; drained |
1 small | Red onion; thinly sliced |
¼ cup | Chopped green bell pepper |
2 teaspoons | Dried basil leaves |
1 cup | Finely shredded Mozzarella cheese |
1 tablespoon | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Split each pita bread around edges with knife to make 4 rounds. Place rounds cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheets.
Arrange mushrooms on rounds. Top with onion and pepper. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut each round into 8 wedges. 8 servings.
