| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| ¼ pounds | Fresh mushrooms |
| ½ cup | Fresh cream |
| ½ cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | Mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | Grated onion |
| 1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| Salt and pepper; to taste |
1. Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice, chop them finely 2. Stir together rest of ingredients 3. Serve with crackers
