Measure | Ingredient |

14½ fluid ounce | Low-Sodium Chicken Broth |
1 cup | AM White Indian Basmati Rice |
1 \N | Bay leaf |
1 cup | Sliced mushrooms |
\N \N | Sea salt to taste (optional) |
Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
