Mushroom brunch rice

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
14½ fluid ounce Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
1 cup AM White Indian Basmati Rice
1 \N Bay leaf
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
\N \N Sea salt to taste (optional)

Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover.

Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
