|2 tablespoons||Wine vinegar|
|1||Clove garlic; minced|
|8 ounces||Sliced mushrooms|
|16 ounces||Spinach; torn in pieces|
|Enough oil to glisten the leaves|
Mix first 3 ingredients & some pepper; toss w/mushrooms & let stand 15 min.
Toss spinach w/oil. Toss w/mushroom mixture.
