Mushroom & onion combo

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 cups Mushrooms, halved (about 2 lbs.)
1 \N Onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup Chopped fresh basil ( or
\N \N 4 tsp. dried)
1 tablespoon Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Balsamic or red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon Each salt and pepper

In bowl, toss together mushrooms, onion, basil, butter, vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange on large piece of double-thickness heavy-duty foil; fold up sides and seal tightly to form packet.
