| 2 teaspoons | Lemon juice |
| ¼ cup | Vegetable oil |
(This recipe is from Cooking the Indian Way by Vijay Madavan) Rinse fish in cold water, pat dry. In small bowl comine spices and lemon juice - form into a paste. Rub fish with paste. Let stand at room temp for 20 min. Heat oil. Fry fish about 5 min, turn and fry other side. Garnish with fresh coriander or parsley and lemon wedges.
