2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 medium Onion, cut into 1/4-inch wedges
32 ounces Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Black pepper

======================================================= ====== In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Saute the garlic and onions for 7-10 minutes, until the onions are lightly browned.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix until heated through. Serve immediately.
