½ pounds Kielbasa sausage, casing removed
2 pounds Ground beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
¼ teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
29 ounces Diced tomatoes
32 ounces Pinto beans, drained
2 tablespoons Chili seasoning mix

======================================================= ============== ==== == In a soup pot, combine the sausage, ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper and cook over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes, or until no pink remains in the meat, stirring frequently. Add the vinegar, tomatoes, beans, and seasoning mix to the meat NOTE: Use whatever toppers you like or try some of these: shredded cheese or chopped onions and peppers, sour cream, tortilla chips or bread.
