2 teaspoons Sesame seeds
2 teaspoons Breadcrurnbs
100 grams Mozzarella cheese
Free-range egg; beaten
  Vegetable oil for frying

1. Mix together the sesame seeds and breadcrumbs. Cut the cheese into cubes, dip into the egg and coat with the sesame seed mixture.

2. Shallow fry in a little vegetable oil, turning frequently until crisp and golden on each side. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
