Moscow potato salad

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Med Idaho potatoes, peeled
\N \N And diced
4 \N Boneless chicken breast
\N \N Halves, coked & diced
1 large Cucumber, seeded, diced
2 \N Hard cooked eggs, chopped
4 teaspoons Fresh snipped dill
2 teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
\N \N Lettuce leaves
1 cup Mayonnaise

The idaho Potato commission obtained this recipe on a trip to Moscow.

Cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain. In a large bowl toss potatoes with chciken, cucumbers and eggs, dill, salt and pepper.

Line a large platter with lettuce leaves and dome on mixture. Spread with mayonnaise to completely cover salad dome.
