| 2 cups | Sour cream |
| 2 cans | (6-oz) green chiles |
| 10 ounces | Monterrey jack cheese; grated |
| Fresh parmesan cheese; grated |
Cook the rice. While still hot, add sour cream, chiles, and Monterey Jack cheese. Put into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F.
for 25 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake another 5 minutes uncovered. Wonderful! PILGRIMCOX@...
