SPICES TO TASTE
From: Kris Williams <KWILLIAMS@...> Date: Thu, 18 Jul 1996 16:29:49 -0500 Brown meat, onion, spices and salt(to taste) Add all other ingredients Simmer for 4-5 hours. Serve with buttered crackers As you can see, this is a very forgiving recipe. Add veggies to taste. My husband like green beans so I also add this. Only add a small amount of cabbage. Is for taste only.
**I make stew meat by mixing Round steak and any other cheap cut of meat.
Better the day after, the day after.......
Freezes well in tupperware for about 6 mo. Might do better in canning jars(mason).
