Beat the eggs with the sugar until light. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Heat a Krumkake Iron over low heat; brush lightly with melted butter. Pour about 1 Tbsp of batter onto the iron. Cook the wafer slowly until golden on one side, turn and cook on the other side. Remove each wafer with a fork and roll over a cylinder form.
