Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter
2 eaches Medium onions, sliced
3 eaches Cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup Sunflower oil
2 cups Ketchup
⅓ cup Cider vinegar
⅓ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
⅓ cup Dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Horseradish
2 teaspoons Cummin powder
3 tablespoons Chili powder
3 tablespoons Hot sauce
1 \N Salt to taste

IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN, MELT BUTTER AND SAUTE ONION AND GARLIC FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. ADD ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL. BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL SAUCE THICKENS.
