Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Envelope unflavored gelatin |
½ cup | Cold water |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Worcestershire |
⅛ teaspoon | Tabasco |
¾ cup | Mayonnaise |
1½ teaspoon | Grated onion |
½ cup | Diced celery |
¼ cup | Diced bell pepper |
¼ cup | Chopped pimiento |
1 cup | Chopped; cooked shrimp |
Soften gelatin in water 5 minutes. Place over boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Cool. Add mayonnaise. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 1-½ quart mold.
Chill until set.
