|1 pack||(3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin|
|¼ teaspoon||Onion salt|
|1 dash||Ground cloves|
|1 cup||Boiling water|
|¾ cup||Cold water|
|3 tablespoons||Freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|1½ cup||Chopped boiled ham|
|1 cup||Small raw cauliflower flowerets|
|½ cup||Diced celery|
|1 tablespoon||Chopped pimiento|
Dissolve gelatin, onion salt, and cloves in boiling water; add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until syrupy; add remaining ingredients. Put into a 1-quart mold; chill until firm. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
