| 1 cup | Boiling water |

| 1½ cup | Chopped boiled ham |
| 1 cup | Small raw cauliflower flowerets |
| ½ cup | Diced celery |
| 1 tablespoon | Chopped pimiento |
Dissolve gelatin, onion salt, and cloves in boiling water; add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until syrupy; add remaining ingredients. Put into a 1-quart mold; chill until firm. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
