Mock pina colada

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
2½ cup Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, softened
1 teaspoon Rum extract
1 teaspoon Coconut extract
1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
\N \N Ice cubes

Combine first 5 ingredients incontainer of an electric blender. Add enough ice cubes to bring mixture to 4 cup level; process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately. Makes 4 cups.
