1 can | (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained |
2½ cup | Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, softened |
1 teaspoon | Rum extract |
1 teaspoon | Coconut extract |
1 tablespoon | Powdered sugar |

Combine first 5 ingredients incontainer of an electric blender. Add enough ice cubes to bring mixture to 4 cup level; process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately. Makes 4 cups.
