| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1½ pounds | Ground chuck |
| 2 ounces | Mushroom stems/pieces; drained and finely chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | Onion; minced |
| 1 tablespoon | Soysauce |
| ¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 6 slices | Bacon |
Combine first 5 ingredients; mix lightly. Shape mixture into 6 patties 1-½" thick.
Wrap 1 slice bacon around each patty; secure with wooden pick. Place on a broiler rack; broil 3 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on desired degree of doneness.
