|2 pints||Coffee ice cream|
|1 cup||Cashew nuts;finely chopped|
Put chopped nuts in a pie plate. Cut cylinder container away from ice cream. Roll ice cream in chopped nuts, pressing nuts into sides.
Repeat with second pint. Wrap each pint in plastic wrap and chill 1 hour. To serve, cut roll in half lengthwise and then each half into 4 moon-shaped slices. Serve two moons topped with Mocha Sauce. Makes 4 servings.
