| 1 cup cocoa (unsweetened) | |
| 2 cups non-fat dry milk | |
| 1/2 cup instant coffee | |
| 2 1/2 cups sugar | |
| 2 cups dry coffee creamer | |
| Vanilla bean cut in quarters |
Mix well and divide into jars with a piece of vanilla bean in each jar. Store at least a week so flavor of vanilla bean is absorbed. Use 3 tablespoons per ¾ cup of hot water. Great topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
