|4 ounces||Good quality margarine|
|2||Heaped tbsp of peanut butter|
|4 cups||Rolled oats|
Pop the margarine into a cold saucepan with half a cup of water. Add the sugar and the cocoa and put the pan on medium heat. Wait till the mixture is bubbling before you start your timer, and you should let the mixture boil for exactly 60 seconds. Take the mixture away from the heat and add the heaped spoons of peanut butter followed by the cups of oats and give it all a hard stir. Pour the mixture into a greased pan, licking spoons as you finish off. Wait for 20 minutes while the Missouri Cookie sets then cut into bite-size pieces.
