| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1½ teaspoon | Dried mint |
| ½ teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 packs | Frozen peas and carrots |
In a 1½ quart casserole, melt butter in oven. Add mint, sugar and salt. Break up vegetables; mix with butter. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
