|4 ounces||Neufchatel cheese; Softened|
|1 tablespoon||Chopped fresh cilantro|
|2 teaspoons||Fresh lime juice|
|1||Serrano pepper; Seeded and chopped|
|24||Bite-sized round tortilla chips|
|½ cup||Shredded lettuce|
|24 smalls||Shrimp cooked; shelled & deveined -or-|
|½ cup||Chopped crabmeat or imitation crabmeat|
|¼ cup||Finely chopped red bell pepper|
1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, cilantro, lime juice and chile; blend well.
2. Spread about ½ teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla chop.
Top each with lettuce, shrimp and bell pepper.
