Mini quiches

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Stick margarine
1 pack (3-oz) cream cheese
1 cup Flour
½ pounds Swiss cheese; grated
2 cans (small) deviled ham
1 \N Egg; beaten
½ cup Milk
½ \N Onion; grated
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 dash Black pepper

CRUST

FILLING

Cream margarine & cream cheese & add flour. Form into ball & refrigerate ½ hour. Break into 24 sections & place one per round of small muffin tin, pressing on bottom & up sides. Combine filling ingredients & pour into quiche pastry. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
