Mini pizzas

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N English muffins, cut in half
¾ cup Tomato sauce
¼ pounds Back bacon
1 small Onion, sliced
½ medium Green pepper, sliced
¼ pounds Mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 larges Mushrooms, sliced
4 larges Stuffed olives, sliced
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

On each muffin half, spread 2 tablespoons tomato sauce. Tope each with one-eighth of back bacon, mushrooms, olives, onion and green pepper.

Sprinkle each with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, dividing equally.

Place on nonstick baking sheet. Back in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown.

Serve immediately.
