2 pounds Hamburger
2 teaspoons Salt
¾ pounds Suet
4 pounds Apples
1 teaspoon Ea.cinnamon,nutmeg,cloves
¼ cup Vinegar
2½ cup Sugar
3½ cup Raisins
2 packs Seeded raisins

Put the meat, salt and water to cover in a large pot. Simmer until tender. Add the diced apple, suet and spices, vinegar, sugar and raisins and cook till the suet is dissolved anf raisins and apples tender.If more water is needed add it. Stir often to keep fruit from sticking.
