|1 cup||Raspberry vinegar*|
|3 tablespoons||Finely chopped shallots|
Combine vinegar and shallots in small Season to taste with salt and pep- per. Refrigerate until cold. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
Used with oysters.
