mignonette sauce - bon appetit

MeasureIngredient
1 cup Raspberry vinegar*
3 tablespoons Finely chopped shallots

Combine vinegar and shallots in small Season to taste with salt and pep- per. Refrigerate until cold. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)

Used with oysters.

*Available at specialty foods stores and some supermarkets.
