In 2 qt glass dish, combine dry ingredients. Add water & oil until well mixed. Microwave high 3-4 minutes, stirring every minute until thick and lumpy. Cool on flat plate. Knead on floured surface till smooth. Store in covered jar in refrigerator 1-2 weeks.
