Measure Ingredient
½ cup Griffins white syrup
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Mason's raw peanuts
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Drops O'Gold vanilla

In 1½ quart casserole stir together syrup, sugar, raw peanuts and salt. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook 4 minutes more.

Add butter and vanilla to syrup mixture, blending well. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Add bakin soda and gently stir until light and foamy. Pour onto sheet of aluminum foil. Let cool 1 hour. When cool, break into small pieces...
