Microwave cornbread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Flour
¾ cup Corn meal
¼ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Oil
1 \N Egg; beaten

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil, and egg, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into ungreased 9" glass pie plate.

Cook on high for 5 - 6 minutes. (Rotate after 2 minutes if oven isn't rotating type) Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.

Also can be baked in conventional oven at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes in a greased pan.
