Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Chili powder, hot
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves

Mix all ingred.

Rub the seasonings on chicken, beef, pork and fish.

Bake or bar- b- que.
