Mexican cake (m_c-tx)

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 pounds Box powdered sugar
1 \N Stick margarine
1 pack (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large Can crushed pineapple
2 \N Eggs
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Chopped pecans

CAKE

ICING

Cake: Mix well by hand. Bake at 350 deg f for 30 minutes in an oblong pan.

Cool. Icing: Mix well. Add 1 cup coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans and put on cooled cake.
