Mexicali munchers

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Bite sized tortilla chips
1 pack Microwave popcorn - popped
1 can Mixed Nuts
3 cups Crispix Cereal
½ cup Margarine
½ cup Light corn syrup
½ cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

Place tortilla chips, popped popcorn, mixed nuts and Crispix cereal in large roasting pan. Mix butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, chili powder and cinnamon in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour mixture over items in roasting pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes After baking, spread onto large sheet of wax paper to cool. Serve Recipe By : ozett@...
