1 \N | 12 oz fat free cream cheese |

¼ cup | Green onion, finely chopped |

1 tablespoon | Red bell pepper, chopped |
: Place Salmon, cream cheese, and 3 tablespoons green onion in mixing bowl. Mix well with fork until smooth. Garnish with red pepper and remaining tablespoon of green onion. Chill until serving.
Recipe can fill an 8 oz. round loaf, hollowed. Makes 6¼ cup servings.
