| 4 teaspoons | Chopped fresh mint leaves |
| ¼ cup | Chopped walnuts or pecans |
Combine the yogurt, honey & lime juice. Cover & chill until serving time.
Place 8 fig quarters in a circle in the center of 4 plates. Arrange the melon pieces around the figs. Before serving, spoon the yogurt dressing over the fruit. Sprinkle with the mint & nuts. 4 servings Posted by Vonlisa.
