| Same volume watermelon; chopped, peeled | |
| 1 pinch | Cumin; ground |
| 1 pinch | Paprika |
| 1 teaspoon | Coriander leaves; chopped |
Whisk the yoghurt slightly then add the diced watermelon, the spices and the coriander leaves. Season with salt and black pepper, finely ground.
Serve chilled.
