Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Ripe; not over ripe, honeydew or canteloupe melon |
1 pint | Vanilla ice cream (or any other flavor) |
1 pack | (10-oz) frozen strawberries; thawed |
Cut the melon into quarters, remove seeds. Spoon ice cream into each melon quarter; spoon berries over ice cream. You may reverse the ingredients.
Serve at once. Serves 4.
