Melon a la mode

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Ripe; not over ripe, honeydew or canteloupe melon
1 pint Vanilla ice cream (or any other flavor)
1 pack (10-oz) frozen strawberries; thawed

Cut the melon into quarters, remove seeds. Spoon ice cream into each melon quarter; spoon berries over ice cream. You may reverse the ingredients.

Serve at once. Serves 4.
