mediterranean vegetable salad

8 servings
Green Onions; chopped
Radishes; sliced
12  Plum tomatoes; diced
Seedless cucumber; diced
½ cup Parsley; chopped
1 clove Garlic; finely chopped
  Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Toss the vegetables with oil and lemon juice to coat. The salad can be made a day in advance and kept covered and chilled.
