Preheat oven to 450~. Heat oil. Add onions and spices. Cook, stirring frequently, until onions are tender, 5 minutes. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute. Spread sauce over crust; layer with mozzarella, onion mixture and olives. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Per Slice: Cal 310, Fat 15gr.
