16 ounces | Tomato sauce; divided |
½ cup | Water |
3 teaspoons | Vinegar |
3 teaspoons | Sugar, brown |
2 teaspoons | Mustard, prepared |
2 teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
Combine beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and ½ can tomato sauce. Form into a loaf, and put in shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat loaf; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
