| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 pounds | Ground beef |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1½ cup | Bread crumbs |
| ¾ cup | Catsup |
| 1 teaspoon | Accent |
| ½ cup | Warm water |
| 1 pack | Onion soup mix |
| 3 | Strips bacon |
| 1 can | (8-oz) tomato sauce |
Mix all ingredients, except bacon, together thoroughly. Put into loaf pan; cover with strips of bacon. Pour 1 can tomato sauce over the loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
