MeasureIngredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1¼ cup Uncooked Quaker Oats
2 teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoon Celery salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Well beaten egg
⅓ cup Catsup
1¼ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Chopped onion

Combine all ingredients thoroughly & pack into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Slice & serve warm or cold. (For added taste, top with strips of lean bacon). Serves 6-8.

Variation: To 1-½ lbs ground beef, substitute ¾ cup Pepperidge Farm Dressing for the uncooked oats. MRS JAMES (IRENE) BLACKBURN
