Measure | Ingredient |

1 teaspoon | Fresh dill, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon | Fresh parsley,finely chopped |
1 clove | Garlic finely chopped |
1 teaspoon | Ginger root finely grated |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator until ready for use.
Mayonnaise is a wonderful vehicle for the taste of fresh herbs. Chive, parsley, basil, dill, fennel, and tarrragon all work well. and a more intense flavor can be created by adding a clove of fresh garlic or a few drops of hot chili oil.
