| 3 tablespoons | Coconut; toasted |
| 2 tablespoons | Macadamia nuts; chopped fine |
| ¼ cup | Dark chocolate chips |
| 1 cup | Whipping cream; whipped |
Recipe by: Miss Information <Lisa.Sepa@...> Let ice cream soften under refrigeration for 1 to 2 hours. In a mixer with paddle add ice cream on slow speed quickly mix in all fruit, nuts, and chocolate.
Fold in whipped cream and freeze at once.
Makes 4 servings.
