matzo meal bagels

1 Servings
⅔ cup Water
⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Matzo Meal

Bring water, oil, sugar and salt to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in matzo m meal quickly. Coo. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each egg. Grease palms of hands. Roll pieces of dough into strips about 6" x ¾" in diameter. Pinch ends together to form bagel. Place on greased baking dish, allowing for spreading. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until light brown.
