Matzo fry

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Matzos -- whole
3 \N Eggs
½ teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Butter or fat

Hold the matzos under cold running water until softened. Place in a shallow dish. Beat the eggs and salt together and pour over the matzos.
