| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 pounds | Turnip, peeled, boiled & mashed |
| 2 tablespoons | Ghee |
| ½ teaspoon | Grated ginger |
| 1 medium | Onion, finely chopped |
| 2 mediums | Tomatoes, quartered |
| 2 eaches | Green chilies, chopped |
| ½ teaspoon | Cumin |
| 1 teaspoon | Garam masala |
| Salt | |
| 1 pinch | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | Cilantro |
Heat ghee in a skillet. Saute ginger & onion till golden. Add tomatoes, chilies, cumin & garam masala. Mix in turnip, add salt & blend.
Keep pan over moderate heat & stir for about 10 minutes. Add sugar & blend again. Serve hot, topped with cilantro.
