| ½ cup | Plain non fat yogurt |
| 1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| 2 | Garlic cloves |
| ¼ teaspoon | Red pepper flakes |
| ¼ teaspoon | Cumin |
| 1 tablespoon | Water |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
