| ½ tablespoon | Chopped coriander |
| 1 pinch | Asafoetida |
| ½ teaspoon | Chillipowder and turmeric |
| Salt to taste |
Heat oil, break chillies to big pieces. First add urad dal, then seeds and curry leaves and chillies. Also asafoetida. Now add khichidi lemon, a chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Mix well and cook covered for 2 minutes garnish with coriander.
Serve hot.
